If you're going to bother continuing reading, then here it is: I call it "trembling". So basically, you touch the supply multiple times before it disappears completely. You would do this by moving the cursor up and down (small movements, like the character is 'trembling' back and forth) several times to get 2~3 points per supply. You'll know you got multiple points if you hear the sound multiple times. Be careful with this because you might hit the broken supplies while you're at it. Got a score of 549 with this technique, but I was offline, haha Notice: This game is NOT 100% complete!
