turbowarp: https://turbowarp.org/1110729620 you may need to press the green flag a few times to get things to work btw -------------------------------------------------------------------------- a remake of my basically year old msm fan game, my singing monsters: the frivolous farlands!!!!!! what a coincidence that this remake is releasing roughly around the first anniversary of that game. anyway i decided to make this for a few reasons: one, the original game is basically unplayable due to a few factors ([cough cough], 1027 assets, [cough cough]). so this game, unlike the old game, will be playable. yippee two, the original game was very buggy. lots of things needed extra careful precautions to keep them working (pummel island) or just didn't work (also pummel island). now that i'm better at coding, this game should be a lot less buggy. if you do find any bugs make sure to mention them and i will (try) to fix them three, i wanted to make the game more high quality; this includes designs AND sounds. many of the songs from the original game i am no longer happy with, mainly the few that i composed ages ago. all islands will now be recomposed with the same chord progression / key or recomposed entirely. as for designs, i wanted to redesign or redraw many of the monsters in my current artstyle since many of the designs (particularly the older ones) i no longer like. also i wanted to draw all returning monsters instead of them just being the original designs from msm cus it was cool :3 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ISLANDS: Macaroni Sanctum: A breeding island with the main elements Heinz, AWESOME!!!, and Circle as well as the secondary elements Grey, Plant, Water, and Fire and the seasonal element Troutfest. Crazy Coop: A zapping island with one element: Chicken. Zapping and waking up monsters works by highlighting the monster you want to zap other monsters into and then breeding / buying the necessary monsters so they can be hatched.
