How To Play
CONTROLS: A/D - Left/Right W - Jump S - Pick up weapon Mouse - Aim/fire weapon Watch out for the Corrupted! Even their touch can kill you, and not all bullets are a guaranteed hit. PLUGINS: Plugins are pieces of code that modify your equipment. Picked up with S. Cannon - A rudimentary gun. Nothing special. Fires rounds at a medium rate. Minigun - Fires many small rounds with high accuracy and speed at your target. Suicide Drones - Dispenses slow, homing rounds that you can steer at a low rate. Explode on impact. Laser - Fires a large, extremely slow round at a medium rate. Lightsabre - A melee weapon. A close range constant beam of energy. Explosive Shot - Fires fast explosive rounds at a medium rate. Ricochet Bomb Launcher- Fires rounds similarly to the Explosive Shot, but they ricochet around until they strike a target. Slow rate of fire. Flamethrower - Fires many medium range rounds in a large spread in a near constant stream. ENEMIES: The citizens and soldiers of your society, transmuted into a horrible twisted state due to a mysterious ailment. Known collectively as the Corrupted, all they now know is to assimilate their victims into horrible, malformed, and irrationally violent enemies. Citizen - A basic, slow, and stereotypically stupid Corrupted. Can be taken out relatively easily with a suitable weapon. Runner - A Citizen unfortunate enough to have been infected by an over clocked strain of the virus. This makes the resulting creature not only faster, but so superheated that it can melt right through your health like a hot knife through butter. Glitchy Drone - A Drone that has been infected by the virus. Similar to that which is fired by the Suicide Drone Plugin, it is homing and is nearly impossible to escape. It doesn't explode, and instead just saps your health. Easy to put out of commission, though. Swordsman - A guard or warrior infected has his armor and weapons fused to his body. The resulting monster has an insane amount of health and damage output, but is extremely slow. Vicejaw - This enigma was created when a Citizen was implanted with an experimental plugin designed to create an engineer that could turn and part of it's body into a tool at will. Instead it created a metal-jawed, self-loathing killing machine. It runs into battle with confusing enthusiasm, not because it likes killing people. No, the virus likes killing people. He listens to the voices in his head because he knows he'll die. Large Vicejaw - A larger and even more hateful strain of Vicejaw created when the scientists who created the original Vicejaw tried to fix things. They failed horribly.
