I'm Kitari, or Kitty, if you will, your designated reporter for all things small and and relaxed! ︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶ Question of the report | What's a company's GREEN FLAG?! ︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶ This is the only reasonable sequel to a company's red flags, there are many things that make a company a good company, and many things that make it a bad company! Let's cover the good side! 1: The person running it has a good reputation. - This can show that they are less likely to get in drama or to drop it in the first week or two, it shows that they're a more responsible person, despite their age or learning disabilities. 2: It has an easily accessible editing style - Since I have horrible vision, reading things can be a bit tricky for me, especially when the text is hidden behind a hundred PNGs and such. - When it's easily accessible, I mean it has less obstructing the text, it makes its main focus clear, and it's overall, easy to read. 3: The company has LORE!! - Companies with lore are more likely to have put more thought into their company than the next person. - Companies with lore are more often to be run by someone with a creative mind and an overall better motive. 4: They have you state your pronouns. - As someone with relatively unique pronouns (She/it), it's nice to know that now people are taking more precautions to keep from misgendering people or using the wrong pronouns! 5: They're a relatively older label. - The older the label is, the more reliable it becomes and less of a fad it seems to be. When a label is 3 to 4 months old, it shows that it's about time to understand that this isn't a passing phase!! Are there any green flags I missed? Anything you want me to add?
