You can turn the gear with the red light on the top slider called "Gear Speed".Below that, button ▷ 0 ◁ will return gear speed to 0. To place the gears, you bring the gear from the left gear pallet and place it in the right Run area. To remove gears, drag the gear back to the gear pallet.
