He is very optimistic in the face of adversity; when bad things happen to him (and they usually do), he remains calm and always finds a solution, often taking out something from his backpack. He considers a life lived like his more fun than other kids' lives. Melissa: Confident and self-assured, Melissa is smart, if sometimes a little scattered. She was the first person brave enough to befriend Milo and is fiercely loyal and supportive of him. She's calm and controlled and loves when Murphy's Law shakes things up. Zack: Zack is the new kid in town and the voice of reason when things get out of hand. While the rest of the town is used to Milo, Zack is trying to enjoy the adventure of being Milo's best friend without getting destroyed. He wants to follow Milo because he wants a change from common life. In fact, he accepts going to school with Milo because his adventures are unique. Diogee: Diogee is a dog who is very loyal to his owner Milo Murphy; so much that he gets out of the house just to reunite with Milo at random times of the day, usually during Milo's predicaments. Diogee will casually appear to save Milo and his friends from any situation. He always knows the way home and the way to Milo. Sara: Sara Murphy is quite protective of her little brother, Milo. She is sometimes worried that Milo could ruin her important moments, but she still likes to spend time with him. Sometimes her concerns about Murphy's Law overwhelm her so that she makes errors, ruining the moment for herself. Dakota: Dakota is much more laid back than his partner, often enjoying simple pleasures while on missions or seeming to care more about incidental matters than their missions. He enjoys snacking and seems to be the opposite of Cavendish in many respects, often thinking that his partner is jumping to conclusions or taking things too seriously. Cavendish: Cavendish is a serious man who does whatever he can to ensure a task is a success. He may also be prone to paranoia: when Dakota pointed out that Milo Murphy is close by whenever they fail, Cavendish decided that Milo was a counter-agent sent to thwart them.
