Adventures at MIT!
Game Introduction
================================================== Arrow keys to go through slides. Please go though the project before you read the description. ================================================== Meeting the Scratch Team was so much fun! I was shown behind the scenes of the website and how it's developed. I saw the prototype for the Scratch Bit, a small controller for playing Scratch games. I also saw the programming team working on Scratch 3.0 before beta releases on August first! I even got to see the backup servers for every comment and project ever made on Scratch! Not only that but I also saw projects that MIT is currently working on in other parts of the building. They're making mechanical prosthetic limbs, new ways of 3D printing, and advanced Lego Mindstorm color sensors! Are you struggling to get noticed in the community? Have you tried making games, animations, and simulations but still don't find success? Well stress no further, a new community will be opening up in the near future! Scratch is going to be working on extension programming! Now you'll be able to fully code Mindstorms and Spheros from this very website. You can show the community your awesome robotics skills and have them even test out the scripts themselves! This may show up around next year. ================================================== I would like to thank @thisandagain for giving me a tour of the Media Lab. He's a really cool guy! Go ahead and check him out :)
