You can move a decoration at the bottom of the aquarium with the arrows left / right and you place it with the arrow up. You can not place more than 3 decorations: if you want to add another, sell one to have room. To sell a decoration or remove a fish in the aquarium, point it with your mouse and click on the spacebar. Attention, unlike decorations, fish do not bring back money once removed.
