The song is Whole by Chime and Adam Tell Get it? Becuase CHIME-era? Okay I'll go into the corner now So you might have been keeping up with my Design Contest Entries, you might have noticed me making a lot of arctic animals, that including the Plumafrost and Cryowyng. I guess this weird chimera thingy fits into that universe Her name's Dahlia She's got the body of an arctic hare... The antlers of a white stag... The tail of a snowy leopard... The paws of a polar bear... and the wings/talons of a... barn owl I bet you expected me to say arctic owl but no that would actually make SENSE In actually the reason why I made that decision is simply because I like how barn owls look more than arctic owls Sorry arctic owls NEWS FLASH: @cedpath still refuses to break her long-honored tradition of every character featuring the color blue I originally gave her a green bandanna but nooo we can't have that now can we It feels like it's been an eternity since I've drawn a quadruped An even longer time since I've done one with wings
How To Play
Soooo anyways, I'm deciding to host a challenge (not a contest, because I don't want it to become competetive). Try to draw a "chimera" of sorts by combining the characteristics of different animals into one entity. You don't HAVE to remix it, I just thought it would be a fun challenge. I guess you could tag others to do it if you wanted to. I just didn't do it myself because I had no idea who else would care enough to do this. You also don't have to follow my example. Sure, while Dahlia contains characteristics of other arctic (or not) animals, she still retains the basic body structure of a hare (sort of). I'm not using these designs for anything, so you can basically do whatever you want.
