Capture the Pride Flags
Game Introduction
As I sat down to make a pride project this year I found myself not knowing what I wanted to do. I decided the best thing to do was to just start making something and see where that might lead me. So I started by simply making the rainbow wave. I liked it a lot but it didn't feel done yet. I thought the wave looked a bit like a cape so I decided to add my character to the project. Who doesn't love a rainbow cape?? But it still didn't feel done. So I started playing with the idea of adding various pride flags into the project and that led to the idea of capturing the flags. (At one point I had a *ton* of glitter floating around the project based on the number of flags you were catching but all the clones slowed the project down so I ultimately took the glitter out. Perhaps I can revisit that idea again in the future or someone can remix to add it in!) I still can't decide if it is a pen project, or an animation, or a game lol What do you think? How To Play
Happy Pride Month, everyone! (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧ We're taking flight to try to catch as many pride flags as possible! Use your mouse (or your finger if on mobile) to fly up and down, collecting as many flags as you can before the timer runs out! What flag will you catch the most? *boop* =^..^= - - - - Please do remix! I've left some notes in the editor to point out where you might change the cape colors. You could also add your own characters taking flight, any additional pride flags I may have missed, or anything else you can imagine!
