- - ➳ thumbnail entry for this awesome map! still some parts left so go snag one while you can ^^ - - ➳ anyways, this is my first art post since 3 weeks ago, so yes, i am going to go into detail. i originally had a much different idea for this, but unfortunately im not perfect so i couldnt draw out my idea. i came pretty close though, actually. i started ivypool yesterday and i was actually super proud of her ^^ i wanted a more dynamic feel to this thumbnail so i went with some cell shading. i shaded ivy using dark colors, as to represent her dark forest addiction. she was pretty simple and really fun to draw, and i think she turned out awesome! dovewing. oh, god, dovewing. her mouth. took me. 30 minutes. other than that she went somewhat smoothly, it took me some time to perfect her tail, and i really do like the pose i have her in. i did not shade dovewing, instead i added lighting to her to resemble her "bright" future as a prophecy cat. the sun shines on her when there is no sun. the backgrounds i think turned out really nice, i wanted to show a division of the two sisters with ivypool in the dark forest and dovewing on a grassy, sunny meadow. i couldnt decide on a backdrop, so i added 2 different versions, press space or click to view them with both text and textless. all in all, a successful drawing, i dont regret the time i spent on this and i really hope this map gets complete ^^ - - ➳ art - @warriorcats4life9 map host - @blueflowerstar- characters - dovewing and ivypool (warriors) [designs by @cjkb] song - lie to me (jenny owen youngs & kristen ruso) - - ➳
