Lately, it seems as though we've never gotten a break. This holiday, things are looking a lot different for us. We may not be able to celebrate with our loved ones close, we can't do our normal traditions, and overall everything seems kind of sad and grey. Some of us may be going through a lot of pain, others may be going through losing a loved one close to them. And instead of the holidays making it better for people, it may actually be making you feel worse. So, this holiday, remember to take time to breathe. To realize that it's okay to not be okay. Crying is good, and leaning on our loved ones helps us heal. I wish you all the best, and no matter what you're going through, I'm here for you, and so is everyone else. <3
