Hello, For starters, this is not an easy message for me to write. Hatred and bigotry is not welcome here. Thank you :) I am transgender, meaning that I am not the gender I was assigned at birth. My name is Hailey, though I will be going by my nickname, Ace, on Scratch because the ST does not like real names being used. I am a woman, and I use she/they pronouns. Please do your best to respect my name and pronouns. I understand if you make a mistake and refer to me as my deadname or old username. Mistakes happen. Please try your best to remember the proper name and pronouns though :) Also, if you have any questions at all, please ask them politely in the comment section! I'll be happy to help answer questions in any way I can :) I changed my username because my old username had a lot of dysphoria built up around it. I did this by getting into contact with the Scratch Team and explaining my situation. The Scratch Team was incredibly helpful and supportive, thank you all so much <3 As a side note, you cannot change your username unless you have a solid reason. Simply not liking your username is not a good enough reason. Please do not get into contact with the Scratch Team about this unless you have actual concerns regarding your current username.
