That's right. Over Heaven has been released. Along with another special surprise, the DIO boss. DIO Diary has a 1/3 chance to drop from DIO. If DIO is in greatest high form, the drop is gauranteed. How to get SP:TW > Defeat DIO > Press M to mature (with stand off). > You can press M again to get SP:TWSO. How to get SP:OH > Obtain the Diary (Has a 1/3 chance to drop from DIO.) > Press P and do the given quests. > Yes, you have to kill DIO at least twice, potentially more if Diary doesn't drop. > Make sure you land that Reality Overwrite punch when DIO less than 90 HP. How to get SP:TW > Defeat DIO > Turn your stand off, make sure you're not enraged, and press "M". How to get MSP:TW > Press P and do the following quests. Keep pressing P after each quest is done. > Final quest will require you to defeat Yoshikage Kira. Defeat him. > Turn your stand off and press "M".
