Game Introduction

Credit to @ChachorroLouco234 (stage jingles) and @TheScarfedStickman (idea of TV stage). This is basically just the microgame template, but stripped of all the tutorial stuff. Only one comment, a color palette in place of the command example, and no microgame loaded in. Useful for once you've learned the basics, and just want to jump into making a microgame. It's also good for transferring a previously-made microgame into the AidanWare engine.
