If it is your first time rping with me, please make SURE to read these rules, not only are they important but they will help you! Rules: - If it is your first time rping with me, than state your tribute's name and district when asking. It's optional, but a reason would also be nice, XD. - When replying in rp- make sure that you have more than three sentences. I type out quite a lot, so it annoys me when someone replies with three sentences without reason. - Be respectful, idc what is going on with you, but being nice should be a given- whether to me, or somebody else. - No racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, biphobia, panphobia, xenophobia, Transphobia and other offensive things should be said/done on this project. Come on guys, lets be decent human beings. - No power roleplaying. You do not control other people's characters, and forcing them to have their character do something is just rude.
