The Revolution overthrew the monarchy, established a republic, and experienced violent periods of political turmoil. The Revolution profoundly altered the course of modern history, triggering the global decline of monarchies while replacing them with republics. In this game, you can dress up "La Noblesse" or "Sans-Culottes" La Noblesse were the French nobility. They were a privileged social class that was disliked during the revolution.
