Game Introduction
Thanks SO MUCH to the ST for their efforts to recover this project which deleted itself. Had it not been for them, this would never have been possible. Credit goes to everyone who I have given credit to on past projects, all of which are featured as apps. Graphics Credits: The cat picture comes from thriftyfun.com, the phone edge comes from Wikimedia Commons, and was edited on Scratch and Lunapic.com (as well as the button, which is a separate sprite thanks to editing on Lunapic), the number generator (which is my project Guess the Number) icon comes from the @sgtsforge, the Breakout icon comes from the Atari company (and the game is based on my game, Shoot the Blocks, which is inspired by them), the deep sea hunter icon (which is for my game Sea Hunting) comes from the Apple App store, the calculator icon is the icon for the calculator application (at least on OS X Yosemite), the Hungry! game icon was made by @sgtsforge, the Hungry Shark icon is from Appszoom, (which gets it from Fun Toolz), the playbuzz icon is from playbuzz.com (it is the icon for the Android Playbuzz app), the camera icon, which is the icon for the camera on the Iphone 5 (which was made by apple), comes from iphonehacks.com, the Itunes icon comes from appsrumors.com (and was used in an older apple device as the Itunes icon), the settings icon comes from Apple, from the settings app on OS X Yosemite, the safari icon comes from Apple's OS X Yosemite, and was retrieved from sketchappsources.com, the clock icon comes from blogs.unbolt.net and was originally used by Apple on a mobile device, the messages icon comes from Wikimedia Commons and originally came from Apple and was used on certain Apple devices, the mail icon comes from Apple, was used on certain apple devices, and was retrieved from royalwise.com, and all other graphics are from @ItchyCatIII or his previous projects, which give credit to the owners. They were used for many, many graphics Scripts Credits: All scripts were either by @ItchyCatIII or were used in one of my previous projects, where credit is given. These songs are all in the music app. Thanks to @myredneptune for creating the music used in the playbuzz app. Everything without credit given here either comes from me, comes from the Scratch library, or is something I forgot, so please tell me in the comments! Note: All media here comes from previously existing Scratch projects or websites, which are mentioned above. For copyright complaints, please address the owner(s) of the original project(s). If you are the owner of a website that one of the graphics used in this project came from, and believe that your work may have been stolen by me and used in this project, please let me know so that I may remove it or give appropriate credit. Please give credit if you use anything made originally by me (or anyone else, for that matter) ! I hope you like it, because I spent almost all of my free time working on this! How To Play
Please note: If at times, everything except the variables turn white, go to full screen. This is my simulated IPod! Press the flag. When prompted, drag the slider as far to the right as possible, then let go of your mouse. The phone should unlock. Click on an app to play. Click the right arrow to get to page 2, and, when on page 2, you can click the left arrow to get back to page 1. Each page has different apps. If you can not read the app names, here are the names (starting from the top left corner going right, and starting at the left when finishing a row): P1: Shoot the blocks, guess the number, sea hunting, calculator, hungry!, hungry shark, playbuzz, camera, protect the donut, itunes, cat and mouse, settings, P2: safari, timer, messages, mail Tip: Play in fullscreen for easiest reading, and try to avoid playing while inside the editor... it lags a lot in some circumstances! Press the flag, wait for the lock screen, click the arrow and move the mouse to the right, and wait for the apps to appear. Click on one to play. Click the button to close an app. Click the play again button to play again once your game is over to play again. To play the shoot the blocks app: Press the spacebar to shoot the smiley face. Your goal is to get rid of all the blocks, which disappear when the smiley face touches them. But, the smiley face bounces back... so make sure to catch it with the blue line that follows your mouse, and don't let it hit the red. To play the guess the number app app: This game is a two player game. Player 1 types in a number 1-10. Player 2 types in a different number 1-10. If nobody gets it, this process will have to be repeated until somebody does. When somebody gets the number, one point will be added to that player's score. To play the Sea Hunting app: You are the octopus. Use the arrow keys to move, and avoid the sharks. Your goal is to eat as many crabs as possible before getting eaten by a shark. To use the calculator: After the circle is done saying that he talks and does math, type in the first number in the equation you want the calculator to do. Then, type the second. Finally, type in the operation you plan on doing as they appear below (it will not understand typos, but you do have the option of whether to capitalize the first letter or not). Division Multiplication Addition Subtraction You will then be given your answer. To do another equation, when he asks "Want another?" type "Y" into the box. If not, type "N" into the box and/or close the app To play the Hungry! game: Press space to shoot a donut out of the bag. Your goal is to make the donut land in the bouncing mouth. Click the "faster" text to make the mouth move faster (when your next round starts). Please ignore any flashing experienced in this game. To play the Hungry Shark game: To play this project, use the arrow keys to move the shark. Your goal is to catch all the fish, but none of the other food. If you miss a fish or catch the wrong food, you lose a life. If you lose all three lives, you lose. To play the Playbuzz app: Simply click on the square with the choice that best matches your answer to the question. If you can not read the questions, go to my profile, and find the project "Which pet should you have?". There, it is much clearer, and has a few more features such as a cloud results list, but the questions, answers, and possible results are the same To use the camera: Allow use of your computer's camera for this to work. This app won't work without a camera. Try to get into a dark area where your face will be visible with the background. To get a new background, press the right arrow. To play protect the doughnut: Use the right and left arrow keys to move the doughnut. Make sure that the lava (which look like orange drops of water) don't touch the doughnut by moving the doughnut away from the lava with the arrow keys. To use the music app: Press the play button next to the name of the song you want to listen to. The song will keep playing when you leave the app until the song finishes. To stop a song, press the stop button above your choices. Note: The music will stop if you click the playbuzz app, as that has its own music. It will not stop while you are playing any of the other apps. To play the cat and mouse app: Use the arrow keys to control Gobo. Your goal is to get to the bag of food without getting touched by a cat. Every time you do so, you get a point, and move onto the next level. Each level has double the amount of cats as the previous level. You lose if you get touched by a cat. To use the settings app: Unfortunately, there is no WiFi or cellular service available for this phone, however, you can change the background. Click on the thumbnail that you want as the background, and it will change. The rest of the apps, I believe, are pretty self explanatory, and I'm not allowed to write this much here, so, enjoy
