How To Play

Update Oct 14, 2022: As per several comments I made cookies push each other, rather than stack, and I reshared the project to notify those who requested the change. I also removed the cloud highscore, because it seemed pointless. Cookie is the word! Although, in each round of the game you win by collecting letters to form the word shown in the upper left corner. Ten points are awarded for each correct letter. After each successful round, there's a chance to collect additional points, by eating cookies in a Bonus Round. Keyboard controls: Steer using left arrow or A key, and right arrow or D, and eat cookies using up arrow or W. Mobile controls: Steer using the joy-pad in the lower right corner. Eat cookies using the button in the lower left corner, using "Click" or "Toggle" mode. Scratch doesn't support multi-touch, so you have to release the joy-pad to press the eat or mode buttons. On-screen mobile controls are hidden if the keyboard is used, click the green flag to bring them back. All code by me (@kriblo). All art by me, except for the Cookie Monster photo and the table cloth in the thumbnail. Obviously, game art is inspired and influenced by the Cookie Monster (The Muppets). Font is Berlin Sans FB Demi Bold. The list of words was collected from the internet, and is designed to contain simple and safe words. Sounds are from The Muppets show (Cookie Monster).
