btw, both Marekick and Burdockroot used to be just their prefixes but Leafstar II decided to enforce clan culture upon them and made them take on suffixes. however he's probably not going enforce this too hard because is Deirdre lived longer he'd probably be named something stupid like Deirdreface or something 29-30. Caveroot, the first medicine cat who died immediately (specifically during the timeskip between moon 0 and moon 1, which is counted as part of moon 1) which caused great grief for ZinniaClan's first year. in fact, ZinniaClan's plot doc is divided by leadership, which is further divided "parts", units of plot or some sort. this first year also happened to be part 1: clouded moon, which is basically ZinniaClan growing as a clan WHILe also trying to resolve their medicine cat situation (and they did, rather messily). also i don't care that the game states that Grousestar (formerly Grouseprance before i changed it to fit with my ideal canon) is ZinniaClan's starclan guide, SHE's the new StarClan guide now. 31. (too lazy to draw her lol) Cottonfeather, the mandatory lovable elder that should be in every starting clan. unfortunately after 5 moons she got a bit goofy, disappeared for a night and came back with Sunburrow, disappeared AGAIN the next night and was found dead in the morning. on the bright side, that's one less mouth to feed??? 32. slumberspring fullbody. his chest fluff isn't drawn correctly 33. color-inaccurate Tricklefleck bust 34. unprided Tricklefleck fullbody, also his maple seed is wrong 35. color-inaccurate Burdockroot doodle that i did on my phone. this kind of reminds me of my old art for some reason, but in a good way 36. cloverspots fullbody 37. another tricklefleck bust showing that yes he does wear his maple seed on both sides and that i suck at symmetry 38. last drawing! just Leafstar II being a dazzling man okay i would've added more stuff (mainly silly and not so silly comics) but i really want to go back to playing ClanGen so maybe you'd get some at the five-year mark? maybe? i started to create some expanded backstories for some of the cats inside the project but then i gave up at Frosttimber so i'll just infodump at your request. ! WARNING: i ramble. a lot. and not all of it may fit in the description. so your art experience may be interrupted by huge blocks of text ,,,:D 1-6. overly long preramble that didn't fit in the description. skip to 7 if you don't want to read it. 7. silly thumb that took WAY TOO LONG lol. i swear the lineart here is neater than any of my actually refined drawings. 8-9. Leafstar, or as he insists, Leafstar II (apparently you can do that in ClanGen, but it makes his warrior ceremony weird). i think right here is the right time to warn ye that the following information has a lot of my own creative input in it so there's no guarantee the game actually did the thing! As soon as I saw a cat named "Leafdapple" matched with the trait "sneaky" I HAD to make him leader. Oh, and I also made him a quietly egoistical brat who is convinced that he is the reincarnation of Leafstar (you know, the canon one) and managed to convince everyone else of that fact except Caveroot (the medicine cat). this is also why he insists on being called Leafstar II, because he is not JUST a leader with the prefix "leaf", he is THE successor of THE Leafstar. 10-11. Brookheart! she's the only cat still remaining in camp that has been here for more than 1 moon that hasn't been favorited yet! tbh despite all the baggage both the game and i lumped on her she's still not a very exciting character to me. 12-13. Carptuft! silly kitty! she just wants to play around and have fun, not a very serious character both in terms of character and in the plot but i still like her. i also hc her to pan and kind of want to change her eyes to be pan but it's too late and thats probably too on the nose (on the eye???) 14-15. the other cat who's been in the clan for more than 1 moon that i hadn't favorited yet ,:D uh, he's Leafstar II's apprentice and being Leafstar II he spoiled him rotten which sort of got into his head even though he only mentored him for a month? he's more willing to take accountability for his actions than his mentor though 16-17. Needlekick! she's been in a WILD ride with being a warrior apprentice, then being a medicine cat, then being a warrior again. uh i can't elaborate on this without it getting too long. 18. Slumberspring! i can't provide a screenshot because he's injured right now, but he's 18 moons, compassionate, a great speaker, and prepared. and i completely ignored his game design when I redrew him 19-20. Tricklefleck, which also doubles as pride art. i love this kitty, he's my one of my favorites among my entire hecking clan of favorites. he's super petty and argues with everyone over everything and he's the type of person to get overly philosophical and existential to avoid paying taxes. he's also the medicine cat, but he was formerly a warrior apprentice under Brookheart but switched after he got a funky dream and Leafstar II decided to shove him into the medicine den since they didn't have a working one at the moment. i would say only StarClan knows why he's the medicine cat, but not even StarClan (just Caveroot at the time) knows why he's the medicine cat. speaking of pride ideally his headcanon would be aro-ace but unfortunately he experienced romantic attraction after a SINGLE conversation about herbs so I had to fudge it a little bit so he's grayro-ace now :( 21-22. Sunburrow! vengeful kitty with a mysterious tragic backstory! i also hc her to more aloof and standoffish. i don't really like my drawing of her but the pixel art is really pretty 23-24. sailor kitty! she doesn't normally wear her hat, by the way, only in camp where it can't be blown away. she does wear her neckerchief though, which doesn't get in the way during normal warrior activites. i could probably go into the save files to give her a neckerchief but i'm too much of a coward to go in and edit them. she's also one of the more mature members of the clan, which should be an immediate disqualifier for favorite but i still like her. 25-26. Burdockroot is super pretty. i know "one member has all the brain cells while the rest of the group only shares a single one" is an overused dynamic of mine, but she and Cloverspots are pretty much the guardians of most of the clan's common sense brain cells but she's a lot more tactful about it. i know in the game only has a little bit of romantic attraction towards Sunburrow but imo she's super gay for Sunburrow and she's only gonna get gayer (i also hc her to be lesbian). 27-28. Marekick! yes she kind of looks like twilight sparkle with that hair but i kind of like it. she acts super tough and rowdy to hide her weaknesses due to her Tragic Backstory (the game said she had a tragic backstory i just elaborated on it) (continued in n&c)
