ScratchHead - Extras and Cut Content!
Game Introduction
Here's the sub project featuring some extra bosses that are here for one reason or another. Here's what the outlines on the selection screen mean for the bosses: Green and Purple: Special event bosses Blue and Purple: Complete fights that had to be moved. Red and Orange: Scrapped bosses / phases Black and Red: Unplayable Special Thanks to the following: @bajongo for the revamped version of Knock Knock @geeflee787787 for Knock Knock's original design. @xxX_Gr33n256_HD_Xxx for ScratchHead's animations @griffpatch_tutor for the original version of ScratchHead (the character)'s engine. I can't thank you viewers enough for all the support you as a group has given! Boss Info: Metal Head: A non cannon boss made for the one year anniversary of ScratchHead. He's supposed to be a super sized version of ScratchHead, but he's much more powerful and aggressive. The Household Alliance: All the members are canon, but had to be moved here due to Scratch's limitations on how much you can add to a project. This gang of goons are known for their sneaky behavior and how they ambush their victims wherever it's a specific person or an entire town. The Tiki Trio: A scrapped boss made for the flag. They raid the island for supplies to build their triple decker tank. The name of the three are Joe, Shmo, and Glow. Arac Noda: Another scrapped boss made for the web. He makes his home in a small, but deep canyon separating the beach from the snowy mountains. He doesn't attack people like most other monsters, but rather hunts down wildlife and spits acid on the areas where he catches his prey. Glacia the Snowman: Once again a scrapped boss being made for the igloo. This ghost possesses any inanimate object near it to it's advantage. It's rather territorial once it finds it's home and will mercilessly kill anyone who comes in it's way. Nec-roụ Ụra : A boss that stopped production for Cephal O. Todd. Made for the flag, Nec-rotụ Ụra has the ability to cause hallucinations that can harm its opponents if interacted with the wrong object. Out of all the bosses, he is the most likely candidate to make it into the full game using 3D attacks against you. (Not counting the Household Alliance of course.) Invader and U.F.O.: These were both alternative ideas that were made for Invader's fight in 0.5 that were removed due to the former being drawn out or too short depending on when it's activated, and the lack of transition between the first phases and the U.F.O.'s phase. Aspects of these fights might appear in the real game in the future though. Invader strives for knowledge. He abducts and experiments on anything his ship can suck up. Usually, these tests revolve around how effective his creations are in combat, or learning about his captives. However, he will put down anything alive after these experiments for further examination of the specimen. Mermaniac: She was a scrapped boss due to project limitations and being put aside for other things. I made use of her design as the sirens, a native species known for their looks and intelligence, in Cephal O. Todd's stage. Mermaniac was intended to have a voodoo doll she would make of you, thus making you have to look after two characters at once. She makes these dolls in order to silently take the life out of anyone who she spots. Depending on the size and power of the victim, it can be a very efficient way of disposal or take much more time to finish the job. If the latter is the case, she'll use her trident and her spells to overwhelm her latest catch. CupHead and most of the sound effects are owned by Studio MDHR Music Used: "Lupay" - Link and The Faces of Evil (Menu) "Hit and Run" - Sam Spence (MetalHead's theme) "Lupay's Room" - Link and The Faces of Evil (HA's theme part 1) "Lupay Boss" - Link and The Faces of Evil (HA's theme part 2) "Avak's Throne" - Bionicle Heroes (GBA) (Tiki Trio's theme) "Tankbot" - Kirby's Epic Yarn (Glacia's theme) "Zaktan's Temple" - Bionicle Heroes (GBA) (Arac Noda's and Mermaniac's theme) "Transformation" - Super Adventure Island II (Nec-rotụ Ụra's theme) "Mechanical Mayhem" - ScratchHead (Invader's theme) "Moon Snail" - Snailiad (U.F.O.'s theme)
